There is a wide variety of Organic certifying agencies both in the United States and abroad. We encourage consumers and food vendors to seek out organic certified ingredients. We realize that not all ingredients may be available from organic sources, and that consumers may not place as much weight on their food being organic, as other factors such as being vegan, prepared in a manner isolated from non-vegan food, being delivered by drivers that practice non-violence, or being sanctified.
